The Make a Difference for Victims' Rights 5k "A Maryland Resource Event" will have something for everyone. Come out to honor, remember, and pay respects to survivors and victims of all crimes. Learn about victims' rights and about resources that are available throughout Maryland... and have fun doing it.
 
Every registrant for the Make a Difference 5K Run/Walk will receive free promotional items including a t-shirt. Help us increase the community’s awareness!
